Liangshan market area
The markets are very authentic and interesting in the region such as Butuo, Puge, Meigu and Zhaojue. Different groups of Yi mingle in the market when day comes. The men bring their sheep, goats and women bring their produce to sell in the market.
Yuanyang market area
In the region of Yuanyang, the villages are situated on the ridges of mountains. Whenever the marketing day is coming, the mountaineer Hani, Yi and Zhuang mingle; recognize each of them with their costumes and pack baskets
Jinping market area
This region is just on the borders of Vietnam, here live the different groups such as Hani, Miao, Yao, Yi, Dai and Lahu.
The markets of this region are very colorful and original; there is a variety of the costumes and agricultural products.
